TRUSTEES WANTED- GLOUCESTERSHIRE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.
Established in 1989, we are one of a network of 62+ community foundations around the country all working to get to the root causes of disadvantage in our communities. Grants made circ £500,000. p.a.
We are always keen to attract new Trustees, which is a role of governance rather than day to day management of GCF. Each Trustee needs to be prepared to make an important contribution to the Foundation’s objectives, which requires having the interests of the community at heart and includes making a commitment to regular attendance at Board and sub-committee meetings, involvement in GCF’s fund-raising programme, maintaining awareness of GCF’s activities.
If you are motivated and committed to helping communities in Gloucestershire and would like to apply to join the Board at GCF please contact Darien Parkes for further information. Tel: 01452 656385 or email:darien.parkes@edf-energy.com
