Gloucestershire Federation of Young Farmers - received £3036

The grant will primarily be used to pay for additional staff hours in order that a suitable training recording system can be established, using a new IT programme, to track training, skills development and achievements by young members and to certify these with nationally recognised awards. Extra hours are needed to research the best recording system, to train staff in the processes and to visit county clubs to promote the new certificate system.
